Signs of *gulp* aging has began to show on me

Armed with only “The Secret” and St. Ives facial scrub, my breakouts has started to disappear…I hope my smile lines go away with them other skin flaws. I never really tried out creams for the eyes, but if there’s anyone out there who could tell me what products they used and had good (or bad) results please share your experiences!
